Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on electrical work at construction site alongside the team.
• Interpret electrical schematics, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Liaise with project managers to align site progress with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage electrical projects to meet specifications, timelines, and budget.
• Work with project managers and engineers to develop project plans.
• Manage resource allocation for efficient use of materials and labour.
• Supervise a team of construction workers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Provide training to the team and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect and test electrical systems/equipment for quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to provide updates and address concerns.
