Production Supervisor/Team Leader for Operators (Food Industry, Operator Lead, 8-hour shift, 2.5K basic + shift allowance + OT, gross 3K+)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of production operators focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and timely delivery to external customers, with continuous improvement to achieve sustainable plant goals.
• Promote safety culture and enforce personnel hygiene & safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment, maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards and quality requirements (e.g., PPE, shoe change & hand wash, LOTO).
• Participate in the execution of IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) rollout plan for the site.
• Manage production effectively through operational reviews, SOPs, and problem-solving tools for continuous improvement and sustainable results.
• Maintain clean and well-organized work areas according to GMP, and uphold good housekeeping, hygiene, and safe work practices.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience with technical certification in ITE/Diploma in related fields. Familiar with GMP environment and IL6S (Lean Six Sigma).
• People management experience, and experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned, slightly dusty environment.
• Able to work in rotating shifts (6 days, 8 hours per day).
• Experience in the food industry, Lean Six Sigma, and SAP.
• Location: Boon Lay, Singapore.
