Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate for supply chain operations. Responsibilities include managing daily export operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the supply chain industry. Competitive salary offered within the range of $2500-$3000.

Responsibilities
- Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Customer Service & instruct vendors on Special Handling requirements.
- Conduct Daily toolbox meetings and ensure housekeeping are done.
- Manage warehouse operations in accordance with quality management goals.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, and Quality regulations.

Working hours: 5.25days, 3 fixed shifts(Day/Afternoon/Night)
Salary: $2500-$3000
- Monitor Day to Day Export General Operations to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate with Customer Service & Instruct third party vendor on Special Handling requirements for Import & Export to meet customer requirements.
- Conducting Daily toolbox meeting in Warehouse and to ensure housekeeping are done
- Achieve and identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to set quality management goals
- Working as a team to ensure daily task is completed - To co-ordinate with Other Logistic Company.
- Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed by all staff in warehouse to achieve full compliance to the company’s requirements.
- Liaising with internal CS and appointed service providers on day-to-day Export / Import Warehouse Operations.
- Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry
