Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments and ensuring efficient operation of warehouse activities.

Inventory Management

1. Maintain accurate inventory records and update in the company ERP System.
2. Perform regular stock check/cycle count.
3. Manage cataloguing of goods.
4. Ensure proper tracking.
5. Weekly update of low stock level for reordering.

Receiving and Inspection of Shipment

1. Receive incoming shipment, inspect for discrepancies or damages, and book them into the warehouse management system.
2. Ensure all goods match the purchase orders.

Order Fulfillment

1. Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
2. Ensure products are properly packed.
3. Assist in loading and unloading if needed.
4. Co-ordinate delivery.
5. Carry out delivery if needed.

Qualifications and Skills

1. ITE or Diploma in logistics or supply chain management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred.
3. Able to communicate effectively in English.
4. Able to use Microsoft Office effectively.
5. Able to operate reach trucker preferred.
6. Possess Class 3 licenses preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500

Probation period: 3-6 months
