Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to act decisively during emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve facilities faults.
• Respond swiftly to emergency breakdowns.
• Perform hands-on maintenance works (lighting systems, basic M&E repairs).
• Monitor and support daily operations of M&E/ACMV systems.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors for rectification works.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and breakdown reports.
• Be on standby after office hours for urgent site situations.
