Job summary
A leading manpower services provider in Singapore seeks an experienced UI/UX Developer to enhance their innovation platform. This role focuses on designing engaging user experiences, conducting user research, and creating visual assets for campaigns. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in UI/UX, strong interaction design skills, and proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. The position is offered on a 1-year contract with full-time hours.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX experience preferred.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research.
- Able to lead co-creation workshops and present design concepts clearly.

Seeking a UI/UX Developer to enhance our innovation and crowdsourcing platform. You will design intuitive, engaging user experiences, conduct user research, streamline workflows, and create impactful visual assets to support platform engagement. The role may also involve supporting programme activities such as hackathons, sharing sessions, and showcase events.
- Conduct user and market research (scope, plan, execution, reporting)
- Design responsive, accessible UI components
- Translate user stories into user flows, wireframes, and interaction elements
- Improve navigation, discoverability, and user engagement
- Recruit users and conduct interviews, reviews, surveys, usability tests
- Analyse insights to identify pain points and refine platform features
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing outcomes
- Create visually compelling EDMs, banners, and campaign assets
- Maintain consistent branding and enhance visual storytelling
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and content teams
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to iterative improvements
- Diploma in a relevant field
- 5+ years of UI/UX experience preferred
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative user research
- Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Ability to design digital campaign assets
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Able to lead co-creation workshops and present design concepts clearly
- Experience with crowdsourcing or community-based platforms is an advantage
- 1 year contract (Immediate)
- 42 hours per week
