Job Requirement:

• Must have warehouse experience as an Operations Executive.
• Position: Operations Executive (Warehouse)
• Location: Changi Airport
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Off Days: 2 days off per month
• Work Environment: Warehouse / Operations Site

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve all headcount allocation and workforce deployment issues within the site to ensure smooth shift commencement.
• Learn and acquire comprehensive understanding of warehouse operational workflows and standard operating procedures on within client site.
• Manage daily and weekly manpower deployment, shift scheduling, and roster planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across warehouse operations.
• Monitor workforce discipline, work performance standards, behavior, punctuality, and medical leave patterns; address performance or conduct issues promptly.
• Track employee attendance, lateness, absenteeism, and resolve related manpower issues efficiently.
• Respond to client concerns, feedback, and service requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain strong working relationships.
• Handle worker inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure workforce satisfaction and resolve operational challenges affecting staff morale.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service to all clients in support of their warehouse operational needs.
• Perform other operational and manpower-related duties as assigned.
