Job summary
A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic logistics coordinator to manage import and export operations. The successful candidate will handle job creation in the system, coordinate shipments with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 5.5 working days required.
- Must be able to manage urgent tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated positive attitude essential.
Responsibilities
- Create import & export jobs and manage billing.
- Liaise with carriers and customers for shipment arrangements.
- Handle customs permits for import and export.

· Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
· Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
· Handle import & export custom permit
· Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
· Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
· Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
· Support Sales for quotation
· Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
Requirements:
- 5.5 working days
- Working Location : Singapore
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office
- Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude
- Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
- Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
- Expect overtime on a regular basis
