Une organisation dédiée aux soins recherche un Spécialiste des Achats pour optimiser son processus d'approvisionnement. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des contrats fournisseurs, de la négociation des prix et de l'assurance de la qualité des produits. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme en Logistique/Supply Chain et une expérience antérieure dans ce domaine pour réussir dans ce rôle stimulant.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner
Undertakes and manage a robust, compliant procurement process from Sourcing, Negotiation, Contract management to Supplier relationship management.
Negotiates favourable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers.
Add value through proper negotiations, introduction of quality, safe, new products, product standardization and innovative ways of sourcing.
Manage vendors to ensure that all goods and services provide / supplied are of high quality, competitively priced and delivery objectives / standards are met.
Ensure that all purchases are correctly invoiced / completed and delivered in a timely manner.
Work closely with various departments to achieve economy-of-scale (through bulk purchase) and cost saving targets.
Monitor and establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of product and services
Achieves cost reduction through the identification, development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
Implements and maintains procurement policies and conducts review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Actively solicit internal customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
Diploma/ Advanced Diploma preferably in Logistic / Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent negotiation and good interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, meticulous, analytical, multi-tasking & fast learner.
Knowledge and experience in healthcare procurement is an added advantage.
