Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Team Lead - Accounts Receivable

Key Role Responsibilities

• Check and process vendor invoices for goods and services as per contract/PO and verify with budget.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
• Review advances to vendors and follow up to settle monthly.
• Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit of AP functions.
• Review and reconcile creditors ledgers/sub-ledgers.
• Perform month-end reconciliation of AP accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Supply Chain security management systems.
• Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned to meet job requirements.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience with major ERPs like SAP/Oracle.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
• Awareness of GST, Income Tax, and basic accounting concepts.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field (preferred).
