Job description

Purpose of Position

Manage import console/direct shipments and permit team; plan 24/7 staff roster; liaise with authorities; maintain KPIs; ensure compliance and timely releases.

Responsibilities

• Import console
• Import Direct
• Overseeing Permit Declarant Team (outsourced to Tnet)
• Plan Schedule rooster staff of 24/7 a week
• Liaison with control authorities of various divisions
• Maintain KPI for all functional department process

Specific Accountabilities

• Import consol shipments are release on time and payments are collected including of storage, survey and other charges if applicable. · Import tasks of Tango registration, WFS process of documents storage.
• Agents buy permits are collected and expedited.
• Import permit declaration are in accordance to compliance(HS codes, incoterm and CA control)
• Attend to Singapore Customs for all Import permit issues of control items, product codes, 48 hour document requests and notice of discrepancies
• Event updates in Tango of ARR, NFD,TPN,HDP,TUR,CCD and etc on real time

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Good command of languages

• Kaplan supervisory, management skills, trouble shooting and non-human resource on staffs.
