A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to manage IT Services and Solutions within the Consumer, Retail, and Logistics sectors. The role involves driving sales revenue, consultative selling, and managing stakeholders. Candidates should have a strong background in sales management and IT services with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The position requires strong negotiation skills and a willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales Management with revenue growth in IT Outsourcing Services.
- Minimum 8 years experience in the IT Consulting and IT Services market.
- Minimum 6 years in Account Management / Business Development.

- Drive Sales revenue and growth in the Consumer, Retail and Logistics sector.
- Handle Consultative selling of IT Outsourcing Services and IT Solutions.
- Preparation of Proposals and SOWs.

Formation
As a Senior Sales Manager (Consumer, Retail, Logistics), you will be responsible for managing IT Services and IT Solutions in the Consumer, Retail, and Logistics sector. You will be part of an Account team responsible for managing the relationship with the customer and driving profitability and growth.
- Drive Sales revenue and growth in the Consumer, Retail and Logistics sector.
- Involved in handling Consultative selling of IT Outsourcing Services and IT Solutions.
- Responsible for preparation of Proposal and SOWs.
- Good in managing different Stakeholders and VIPs such as Procurement, Legal team.
- Good in Contract negotiations and Lead negotiations for proposals.
- Proven track record in Sales Management with good revenue growth on IT Outsourcing Services and IT Solutions.
- Strong in handling IT Outsourcing services and IT Solutions in the Consumer, Retail, and Logistics sector (CRL).
- Consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions
- Minimum 8 experience in the IT Consulting and IT Services market.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Account Management / Business Development in the Consulting & IT Services market.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Scient/related discipline
- Prior experience of managing clients in the Retail and CPG vertical.
- Ability to do consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions.
- Incumbent must be willing to Travel as per business needs.
