Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end import/export and cross-border shipments for second-hand luxury goods.
  • Coordinate shipments for items sold via weekly global online auctions.
  • Liaise with logistics partners, couriers, customs brokers, and regional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and troubleshoot issues with branches and customers.
  • Review and streamline logistics workflows across Singapore, Japan, and Southeast Asia.
  • Standardize shipping procedures to enhance consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze shipping costs and assist in negotiating improved rates with logistics partners.
  • Recommend practical improvements to support daily operations and regional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Japan HQ and SEA branches on auction preparation and post-auction shipment planning.
  • Support new or expanding branches by sharing best practices and training staff on logistics procedures.
  • Maintain accurate shipping address and customer data across branches.
  • Assist in consolidating or simplifying logistics-related systems or databases.
  • Coordinate with IT teams or vendors to resolve system issues or implement workflow enhancements.
  • Update and maintain documentation for logistics processes and system usage.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination; cross-border experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and Chinese languages for liaising with Japanese and Chinese speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience using logistics systems or order management tools.
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience handling high‑value or luxury products is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to system migration, data consolidation, or workflow standardization is an added advantage.
  • Background in e‑commerce, retail logistics, or auction operations is an added advantage.
