- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as Field Service Engineer.
- Possess technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems.
Aufgaben
- Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, servicing, training, and maintenance.
- Identify, analyze, and repair product failures.
- Provide expert advice to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell value-added services during customer visits.
