Asst Finance Manager or Senior Accountant
Job summary
An MNC in Singapore is seeking an Asst Finance Manager to handle financial accounting and reporting. Responsibilities include full set of accounts management, financial closing processes, and collaboration with internal teams. - Handle full set of accounts for entities, including submission of actual results and reports.
- Perform full financial close process and ensure timely and accurate month end closing.
- Manage and review Balance Sheet reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.
- Preparation of forecast and budgets and prepare necessary supporting documentation.
- Preparation of financial audit and tax schedules and liaise with auditors and tax agent.
- Quarterly GST filing and response to government statistics survey.

My client is an MNC.
They are looking for:
- Asst Finance Manager
- Senior Accountant
- Handle full set of accounts for entities, including submission of actual results and reports for month end, quarter end and year end reports to HQ
- Perform full financial close process and ensure timely and accurate month end closing of financial reporting to management and HQ within the deadlines
- Manage and review Balance Sheet reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and confirmation
- Manage company’s assets including fixed assets addition, disposal, depreciation expense, asset verification.
- Preparation of forecast and budgets and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification and commentaries
- Preparation of financial audit and tax schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax matters
- Quarterly GST filing, Withholding Tax, and response to government statistics survey
- Handle Accounting System (FACT System)
- Assist in oversight of Accounts Department
- Collaborate closely with internal teams on financial accounting matters
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
