• Prepare full set accounts for annual statutory audit and corporate tax filing.
• Ensure timely monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries and accounting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of finance & accounting and costing function.
• Include full sets accounts covering general ledger, AR, AP, bank, petty cash, GST, journals, fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly management reporting.
• Prepare full set accounts for annual statutory audit and corporate tax filing.
• Prepare schedules for tax agents and auditors; liaise and respond to tax and audit queries.
• Ensure timely monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries and accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate policies & procedures and accounting standards.
• Handle and be in charge of petty cash issuing, receiving and recording.
• Estimate and monitor cash flow and fund transfer.
• Accounts receivable and credit control.
• Prepare ad‑hoc payment.
• Prepare month‑end payment for suppliers and workers.
• Match PO, DO and invoice.
• Issue tax invoice and post invoice.
• Prepare and submit GST filing.
• Prepare and monitor project costing.
• Other duties as assigned.
