COMPANY OVERVIEW

We are a Singapore-based family office managing a diverse portfolio of investments across local and overseas entities. In addition to supporting the family office’s financial operations, the Accounts & Finance Manager will also oversee selected accounting matters for other group entities (both Singapore and foreign) as required.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Accounts & Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of accounting, finance, and reporting activities for the Singapore-based family office and its related local and foreign entities. Key responsibilities include financial accounting, investment accounting, treasury management, tax and audit support, and coordination with banks and external advisors. The role will also take on HR and general administrative duties as and when required. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Financial Accounting
  • Maintain accurate books for the family office and related entities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Handle reconciliations, accruals, schedules, and journal entries
B. Investment Accounting
  • Record trades for equities, bonds, funds, and private investments
  • Track realised/unrealised gains, FX differences, and valuations
  • Prepare portfolio and NAV reports for shareholders / Investment Committee
C. Treasury & Payments
  • Monitor cash balances, liquidity, and funding requirements
  • Prepare payments and maintain banking documentation
  • Coordinate with banks on account matters, KYC reviews, and ongoing compliance matters
D. Tax, Audit & Compliance
  • Support Singapore corporate tax, withholding tax, and GST (if applicable)
  • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors
  • Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance
  • Uphold internal controls and confidentiality
E. HR & Administrative Support (as and when required)
  • Support payroll administration, staff claims, and HR documentation
  • Assist with general office administration and coordination
  • Provide operational support to Management when needed
F. General Duties
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as and when required by Management
  • Provide support across entities and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA / ACCA advantageous
  • 3–7 years’ experience; family office or investment exposure preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ABSS)
  • High integrity, reliability, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Independent, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a lean team environment
