A family office in Singapore is seeking an Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and reporting for both local and overseas entities. The ideal candidate will manage tasks such as financial accounting, investment valuation, and treasury management, while supporting audit processes and compliance. Applicants should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess 3–7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a family office context, alongside strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

We are a Singapore-based family office managing a diverse portfolio of investments across local and overseas entities. In addition to supporting the family office’s financial operations, the Accounts & Finance Manager will also oversee selected accounting matters for other group entities (both Singapore and foreign) as required.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Accounts & Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of accounting, finance, and reporting activities for the Singapore-based family office and its related local and foreign entities. Key responsibilities include financial accounting, investment accounting, treasury management, tax and audit support, and coordination with banks and external advisors. The role will also take on HR and general administrative duties as and when required. This position reports directly to the Managing Director.
