Job summary

A leading real estate development firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Manager / AVP for Tax. In this strategic role, you will manage regional tax compliance and planning across APAC, especially in relation to Singapore and other jurisdictions. You will be responsible for supporting M&A initiatives, liaising with tax authorities, and driving strategic tax planning to optimize effective tax rates. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and has significant experience in tax compliance, especially in the real estate sector.

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including prior Big 4 background.
