Job summary
A leading construction company in Singapore is looking for a specialist in planning and scheduling to oversee production plans, coordinate technical aspects of projects, and ensure quality assurance throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in production planning, technical coordination, and quality checks, driving improvements in productivity and processes. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on excellence in precast production.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing production plans and resource allocation.
- Strong technical understanding of construction drawings and method statements.
- Ability to conduct quality checks and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Develop daily/weekly production plans based on master casting schedule.
- Issue technical instructions to supervisors and workers.
- Conduct in-process inspections for compliance with specifications.
