System Analyst jobs in Singapore

• Analyze banking operations and systems, with a focus on FX, MM, Derivatives, Bonds, GIRO, and FAST functionalities.
• Engage with systems across various banking domains, including core banking, front-office, back-office, reporting, and regulatory systems.
• Gather and document business requirements in the role of a Business Analyst, and assess technical viability and design solutions as a System Analyst.
• Collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive diagrams and documentation to articulate business needs and proposed system changes to all stakeholders.
• Effectively manage responsibilities including time, communication, task execution, and risk mitigation.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and responsibility to align with project goals and ensure cross-functional cooperation.
• Communicate project milestones, status updates, and critical decisions to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide insights on risks, progress, and dependencies.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle requirements gathering, design, development, testing, user acceptance, training, documentation, and implementation in line with established project management methodologies.
• Partner with Project Leads or Sponsors to drive high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and roadmap.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis, with a strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Practical knowledge and hands‑on experience in at least one of the following domains: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives (primarily Interest Rate Swaps and Cross‑Currency Swaps), Bonds, FAST or GIRO payments and Cross‑border (XB) or MEPS payments.
• At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, involving solution design, specifications, and technical evaluations.
• Proficiency in developing business process flowcharts and system architecture diagrams; strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with multiple domains listed above is highly desirable.
• Experience working on international projects or within global teams.
