- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Experience in software delivery and Agile methodologies.
Aufgaben
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead solution design workshops with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of systems.
- Ensure documentation, impact analysis, and compliance with IT standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams.
