We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our team for a mission-critical AML (Anti-Money Laundering) system enhancement and support role. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and unit test AML system changes and production fixes.
• Review and contribute to SIT and UAT test planning and execution.
• Collaborate with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to deliver enhancements and defect fixes.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and change management teams for application deployment in DevOps environments.
• Maintain application infrastructure in Unix, Windows, and Oracle environments.
• Implement system changes using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Aldon as per change management processes.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team technical competency.

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience as a System Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL development and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Javascript, and API integrations.
• Experience working in DevOps CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with AML systems (e.g., Fircosoft, Actimize, Detica) preferred.
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments, shell scripting, and Windows servers.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience in large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
