A sustainable technology company is seeking an HR & Admin Manager for a hybrid role in Singapore. This position is focused on driving HR processes and ensuring compliance across international operations. With responsibilities that include managing employee relations, supporting talent management, and providing executive assistance, the ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree and at least three years of HR experience. We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our growing global team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for ongoing employment. This role plays a critical part in delivering both strategic and operational HR and administrative support across our international operations.
The HR & Admin Manager will partner closely with senior leadership, people managers, and employees globally to manage employee relations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, support talent and performance management, and drive continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes as Green Li-ion continues to expand internationally. The role also provides direct administrative and travel support to the CEO and oversees global employee travel and HR operations across multiple regions.
