Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in DC Operations.
• Good knowledge in Data Centre Operations Best Practice.
• Team player who can also perform independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure incidents are responded to based on criticality, impact, and SLA.
• Perform Event Monitoring for all Data Centre Facilities infrastructure.
• Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis on incidents.

Diploma in Engineering / IT

Experience in DC Operations

Knowledge in Data Centre Facilities

ITIL Foundation Level Certification

Good communication skills
