Job description
Account Management & Growth:
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for IT, printing, copier, and projector solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in office technology and digital solutions.
  • Drive adoption of managed print services, visual communication tools, and eco‑friendly technology offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers, procurement teams, and business leaders.
  • Position the company as a trusted partner for workplace transformation and technology optimization.
Consultative Selling:
  • Identify client challenges around workflow efficiency, cost management, and digital integration.
  • Recommend tailored IT, printing, and projection solutions that improve productivity and sustainability.
Collaboration & Execution:
  • Partner with resellers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing, presales, and technical support teams to deliver end‑to‑end customer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking:
  • Track account growth, pipeline status, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and business reports to management.
