Job summary

A leading asset management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to lead asset management for digital infrastructure assets across Asia. The role involves overseeing financial and operational performance, managing budgets, and developing business plans to maximise returns. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in asset management, strong financial modelling skills, and a proven track record in the digital infrastructure sector. This position offers a chance to work closely with various teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Accounting & Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 10 years of experience in asset management, investment, or finance, preferably within digital infrastructure, data centers or real estate industry.
  • Proven experience managing financial performance, project timelines, budgets, and CapEx.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset management for digital infrastructure assets across Asia.
  • Oversee financial, operational, and commercial performance of data centres.
  • Track project progress from construction to operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor KPIs such as P&L, CapEx, uptime, energy usage, and customer performance.
  • Develop and update asset business plans to optimise returns and long-term value.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, capacity improvement, sustainability, and revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, variance reviews, CapEx reporting, and asset-level financial analysis.
  • Support valuations, refinancing, and preparation of reports for senior leadership and investors.
  • Work closely with technical, development, and commercial teams on project delivery and customer agreements.
  • Provide financial insights for pricing, renewals, and expansion decisions.
  • Act as the main stakeholder contact for asset performance matters.
  • Prepare performance reports and present updates to management.
  • Build relationships with partners, operators, and service providers.
  • Develop processes, tools, and systems for effective monitoring and reporting.
