Your Role

As an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales activities, connecting with new and existing clients, and forging strong business relationships. You’ll be the mastermind behind sourcing top talent, leveraging business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and innovative recruiting strategies.

Your role will include managing your own pipeline, hitting individual and team targets, and thriving in a supportive, collaborative team environment. You'll also be hands‑on with candidate care activities and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber candidates using various platforms and techniques.
  • Identify talent needs and support top talents in identifying the right career path.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and ensure alignment with client opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly individual/team targets by creating your own talent pipeline.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the acquisition of talent by sourcing candidates through business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, directing recruiting, existing database and internet advertising.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Be involved in candidate care activities such as database and associated recruitment administration.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in the recruitment industry or Human Resource related field.
  • Strong drive to succeed in sales.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Energetic and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic business needs.
  • Takes initiative and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
