Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost reduction, and overall value to the company with a strategic mindset.
• Identify and resolve potential issues, resolutions, and opportunities.
• Guide and ensure all team members are well‑versed in procurement policies and supply chain procedures, including logistics and warehousing.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, brokers, and 3rd‑party logistic service providers to ensure appropriate compliance in export and import procedures.
• Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis and provide forecasts and schedules that align with customer requirements.
• Conduct weekly/monthly inventory reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding stock levels, inventory turns, and supply and demand.
• Promote and implement cost reduction programs through continuous improvement and measure their effectiveness on departmental activities.
• Provide weekly/monthly shipment reports and ensure shipments are on time based on customer demands and provide proactive solutions to close gaps.
• Manage labor costs, personnel growth and productivity, ensure acceptable inventory levels, system data accuracy, and stocking strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fluent in both oral and written English communication.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Lean Management with proven records in cost savings.
• Good hands‑on manufacturing operational experience.
• Strong and consistent approach in driving governance and processes.
• Solid understanding of the processing environment in the Oil and Gas industries.
• Customer‑focused with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer‑centric solutions.
