You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. We’re seeking a strategic Warehouse Manager to join our growing team and revolutionize the way we fulfill cloud computing hardware and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be a key decision-maker, applying your expertise in supply chain management and project management to optimize our logistics processes. You’ll leverage automation and data analysis to develop innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce transit times, and empower our global fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive vendor operational excellence across end-to-end warehousing workflow
  • Develop and optimize KPIs, mechanisms and dashboards to track warehousing performance
  • Manage escalations promptly through Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) identification and effective communication
  • Analyze operational data to improve service levels, efficiency, and process flows
Tactical/Strategic Activities
  • Align business priorities with stakeholders and senior leaders to develop operational strategy and objectives
  • Develop and drive cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency and cost structure
  • Design and implement scalable processes, tools and frameworks to create force multiplication
  • Lead business reviews with vendors and stakeholders to drive accountability and continuous improvement
  • Establish warehouse processes and standards aligned with industry best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and explore new technologies to streamline operations
  • Automate dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows
  • Mitigate operational risk and develop Business Continuity Planning (BCP) roadmap
A Day in the Life

You’ll be a strategic problem-solver, leveraging data and automation to optimize how we deliver cloud hardware and infrastructure. Your day-to-day will be a blend of:

  • Strategic Planning: Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and speed.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (internal & external) to implement best practices and innovative fulfillment solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Communication: Translate complex logistics data into actionable strategies.
You'll Be Solving Problems For

  • Spearhead the escalation process for critical cloud hardware and infrastructure shipments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of high volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments experience
  • 8+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in global supply chain management, managing cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced consumer electronics product company
  • Experience in program, project or product management, or leading product implementation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
  • Experience in negotiations with global suppliers with a proven track record in cost reduction
  • Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain and Tier 1 OEM partners
