An educational institution in Singapore is seeking a part-time Dance Teacher to conduct lessons at the Tampines Campus. The position requires a minimum Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of relevant teaching experience. Responsibilities include lesson preparation, student supervision, and performance monitoring. This role offers a flexible schedule, approximately 7 hours per week, with a salary range of $30-40 per hour based on experience. Qualificações
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in teaching dance.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus.
- Provide necessary supervision to students.
- Schedule and prepare test assignments.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic counselling.
- Give feedback to Management regarding class performance and course proceedings.
- Participate in programme review meetings.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
- Primary Level Dance
Part Time: $30-40 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Part Time: 7 hours per week (estimated; depends on timetable allocation)
Lessons are conducted during weekdays and office hours
- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work
- Provide necessary supervision to the students and report students’ discipline issues to the Student Affairs staff
- Schedule and prepare test assignments
- Monitor the performance and progress of each student, including academic counselling
- Give feedback to Management about the continual improvement of the class performance
- Mark and grade all course work, assignments
- Give feedback to Management on the course proceedings at the end of semester/course/modules
- Participate in programme review meetings
- Minimum a Bachelors Degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
