Job description
What the role is

We are looking for a meticulous and motivated individual to manage part-time full qualification admissions. The candidate should be proficient in managing systems and processes as well as understand the needs of adult learners.

What you will be working on
  • Plan and administer admissions timeline by working with Schools on the course runs for each intake and ensuring course intakes are accurately setup in system
  • Manage course admission and enrolment processes that includes verification of documents, liaising with Schools on the evaluation of applicants, admitting and enrolling the applicants, monitoring student progression, etc.
  • Prepare data and statistics related to student admissions and enrolment
  • Develop guides for internal and external stakeholders to aid them in the application and admission processes
  • Manage admissions related enquiries and appeals
  • Review existing processes and propose enhancements to manage the admission exercises in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in relevant system enhancements, including requirement specifications, user acceptance test and post implementation monitoring
  • Review, plan and deliver customer‑centric services and procedures such as review communication templates and modes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of dissemination of information
What we are looking for
  • Relevant qualification with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior work experience in another educational institution would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work and deliver targets within tight timeline
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail, and understands the need for data accuracy
  • IT savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Power Automate and Power BI
