Club Supervisor
Job summary
A leading hospitality company in Singapore is looking for a Club Manager. This role involves ensuring efficient service, assisting in team management, and developing staff to improve their performance. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in club management, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be dedicated to enhancing the guest experience. Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a club and people.
- Strongly immersed in the hospitality and lifestyle industry.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in team deployment and resolve service disruptions.
- Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory and manage cash transactions.
Skills
- Ensuresprompt, efficient service, convey a positive image of self and company.
- Ensureopening/closing duties are done properly and on time.
- Toassist, encourage and support the team member in the daily execution oftheir duties
- Monitorclub operations that includes: Inventory, beverage service, cashtransactions, comps and voids payment.
- Assistingthe Operation Manager on team deployment, proper drink flow, sequence ofservice, quickly resolving any service disruptions or complaints for allshifts.
- Placespriority on coaching and developing others, continually coaching new andexisting team members to increase effectiveness by providing performancefeedback to the team member.
- Monitorsstaff performance to identify training needs and potential for growth.
- Answerguests’ enquiries and make recommendations
- Performany other duties as and when assigned.
- Haveexperience in managing club and people for at least 2 years.
