Qualifications
- Prior experience in F&B supervision preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy setting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and manpower planning.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff for top performance.
- Maintain high levels of food quality and hygiene compliance.
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
