Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager to oversee M&E Sanitary & Plumbing projects in Woodlands, Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM are advantages. Interested candidates should send their resume including notice period and salary expectations.

Responsibilities
- Project management involving M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
- Documentation of method statement and work procedures.
- Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled.
- Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing.
- Preparation of design construction drawings.
- Liaison with all parties involved in the project.
- Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement.
- Attend meetings including site meetings and inspections.
- Any other business-related matters assigned.

- Working days: 5.5 days Mon - Fri 9AM-6PM | Sat 9AM-1PM
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry.
