Job description

• Understanding and analysis of technical plans and drawings
• Perform site measurements and ensure work progress to meet deadlines. Plan and schedule project timeline
• Overseeing fabrication and assembly of structural metal products
• Control quality checks
• Attend site meetings and establish proper coordination with site parties
• Submission of progress claim
• Responsible for upkeep of technical and safety documentation to ensure compliance
• Report site/factory condition to HQ on regular basis
• Assemble and coordination of project workforce
• Manage project budget
• Good knowledge of safety requirements
• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with company procedure.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
