Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and arrange daily construction activities.
  • Supervise the direct workers and to give instruction to the sub-contractors. Coordinate with land surveyors and sub-contractors on all setting out works.
  • Liaise with QP(S) representative regarding standard of workmanship. To check if the works are carried out strictly in compliance with the contract specifications and requirements for the purpose of general quality control.
  • Liaise with QP(S) representative for inspection of site works.
  • Organize and supervise house-keeping and safety implementation.
  • Control material wastage and unproductive deployment of workers.
  • Report daily manpower and machinery to the Project Manager.
  • Follow up and ensure environmental, safety and health policy compliance.
  • Follow up and implement logistic planning set out by Planning Manager
  • Work as purchaser to source for supplier, issue PO and prepare supplier payment application
