Job summary
A leading HR management firm in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical Systems Manager to maintain and enhance various mechanical systems, including HVAC and utilities. The role requires a diploma in Engineering and at least two years of hands-on industry experience. Candidates should have solid knowledge of mechanical systems, project management skills, and the ability to drive improvements in cost, safety, and quality. Competitive compensation is provided.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Engineering required.
- At least 2 years of relevant hands-on industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems and utilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance mechanical systems including HVAC and utilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
- Monitor performance and resolve technical issues.
- Drive cost, safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
- Manage project installations and stakeholder coordination.
Skills
Education
- Maintain and enhance mechanical systems (HVAC, cleanroom, utilities, fire protection, chilled water, exhaust, compressed dry air, secondary cooling water loops and etc).
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
- Monitor performance and resolve technical issues.
- Drive cost, safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
- Manage project installations and stakeholder coordination.
- Diploma or higher in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, utilities, and process equipment.
- At least 2 years of relevant hands‑on industry experience.
