A leading HVAC company in Singapore is seeking a technical support specialist to conduct on-site inspections and provide guidance to service teams. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in engineering and at least 2 years of experience in air-conditioning systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaborating with various departments, and enhancing service capabilities. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualificações
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice.
- Pro-active and result-driven work ethic.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve technical issues.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
- Conduct on-site inspections of VRV systems to Assess & Troubleshoot reported issues.
- Collaborate with Sales & Engineering Department to manage complex technical issues.
- Provide Technical expertise to support Dealers & Contractors.
- Provide Technical support to Sales Department to expand Dealers & Contractors network.
- Review & Implement corrective actions to strengthen Service teams capabilities.
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments.
- Assist team leader plan and review daily work to ensure everything follows the process and appointments are completed on time.
- Verify sub-contractor’s job and prepare payment to sub-contractors
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
- Able to work independently, pro-active and result driven
- Customer service oriented & able to handle difficult customer
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice
