The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and customer service across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in automation and a relevant engineering degree. Training on the company's robot programming language will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation or technical service.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and programming support for industrial robots.
• Diagnose and repair robot systems and controllers.
• Coordinate service activities and schedules with the Field Service Team Leader.
