Job summary

A leading technical services company in Singapore is seeking candidates for equipment servicing roles. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems, while ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Applicants should have relevant diplomas and possess strong technical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome for junior positions. This role is full-time, based in Singapore, and may require occasional local travel.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in equipment servicing or technical support.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

  • Perform installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and repair of equipment or systems.

Job description

Location: Across Singapore

5 days work week + On stanby duty

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, testing, commissioning, servicing, and repair of equipment or systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults and provide timely corrective action.
  • Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
  • Prepare service reports, documentation, and update job status in the system.
  • Work closely with the project, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures at all times
Requirements
  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in equipment servicing, field service, or technical support (fresh graduates welcome for junior roles as training will be given)
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving licence (advantage).
  • Willing to travel locally and occasionally work overtime when required.
