Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Lead or attend commissioning of system projects at customer sites.
• Provide technical assistance for factory testing of special projects.
• Investigate root causes of engine failures and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide after-sales technical support and on-site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
• Create and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation related to field service activities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services and related technologies.
• Provide guidance and training to junior field service engineers and technical personnel.
• Conduct service and troubleshooting training for distributors and dealers to ensure service competence.
• Evaluate the technical capability of distributors and dealers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams including engineering, sales and customer support.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to enhanced service procedures.
• Perform any other service or training duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of relevant experience in field service or technical support.
• Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region.
