This is a perm role for one of our client in the F&B Sector.

Work Location: Arab Street

Work Week: 6 days (shift work)

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible crew member to support daily operations in our kitchen, bar, and counter stations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance with all operational and safety requirements.

• Perform duties at kitchen, bar, and counter stations in strict compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Handle cashiering functions, including payments and receipts, while engaging in suggestive selling of outlet specialties, promotions, and featured items.
• Maintain proper usage, cleanliness, and care of all outlet tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with statutory safety requirements.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the premises (including restrooms, if applicable) remain clean, tidy, and organized.
• Properly dispose of waste and ensure rubbish bins are cleared regularly.
• Comply with NEA requirements for personal hygiene, food hygiene, and workplace safety.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items to maintain product quality and freshness.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
