A leading restaurant company in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance manager to oversee group financial consolidation and reporting. Responsibilities include managing monthly and annual closing processes, financial analysis, and compliance with local accounting standards. The ideal candidate must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience, along with a relevant accounting qualification. Strong skills in team management and knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
  • Prior audit experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage group consolidation and financial statements.
  • Review subsidiaries’ management accounts for compliance.
  • Prepare and review monthly management reports.
