Pre-sales Solution Architect – RFID & IoT Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution design and architecture of RFID and IoT-based solutions tailored to client needs

• Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable system designs

• Define system architecture, tag-reader network, middleware, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)

• Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and system diagrams

• Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and customer workshops

• Oversee solution deployment and guide system configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting

• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, engineering, or related fields

• Proven experience in designing and deploying RFID or IoT solutions (UHF / Bluetooth) is a plus

• Understanding of networking, cloud services (AWS/Azure/Alibaba Cloud), and API integration

• Experience with RFID middleware and data analytics tools is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Able to speak Mandarin is a must as we need to deal with Chinese-speaking partners.

• Fresh-graduates are welcome
