Qualifications

Job Scope
  • Assist in implementing and managing security controls, identity and access management, and data protection across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Monitor security tools and dashboards (e.g., Azure Sentinel, Microsoft 365 Defender) to identify and report vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Collaborate with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team to respond to basic security incidents and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain Office 365 security configurations, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Intune MDM policies.
  • Participate in ongoing security projects and contribute to documentation and testing efforts.
  • Assist in administering network and security infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection).
  • Assist in conducting routine security audits and compliance checks.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of incident response documentation.
  • Work with senior team members to implement security solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Stay informed about cybersecurity trends and assist in evaluating new tools and technologies.
Candidate Requirements
  • Graduated with a diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of cloud security concepts and Microsoft 365 security tools.
    • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Intune, Conditional Access, and MFA.
    • Exposure to network and endpoint security tools is a plus.
  • Entry-level certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
