Information: -
  1. Shift: 8am-8pm
  2. Location: GRADE A COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT CECIL STREET

Supervising junior staff, managing security systems like CCTV and alarms, patrolling premises, and responding to emergencies. They ensure the safety of people and property, enforce security policies, and may assist law enforcement. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a thorough understanding of security protocols.

  • Supervise and train staff: Oversee junior officers, provide guidance, conduct security briefings, and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Manage security systems: Operate and monitor central alarm systems, CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and parking systems. Maintain CCTV storage and preserve evidence.
  • Respond to emergencies: Act as a first point of contact during incidents, coordinate responses, and manage incident logs.
  • Patrol and enforce rules: Conduct patrols to detect and deter threats, enforce security measures, and ensure authorized personnel and visitors have proper access.
  • Assist law enforcement: Provide assistance to law enforcement during investigations and incidents.
  • Provide customer service: Assist staff, visitors, and clients with information and inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and external contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate with company management to address security needs and improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years in a similar senior security role with certification in Security.
  • Knowledge of security operations, systems, and emergency response protocols.
  • Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring.
  • Experience in managing a Master Control Room or central monitoring systems.
