The ideal candidate will possess a Food Science background and 5-8 years of experience, including knowledge of BRC and HACCP standards. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing certifications, and driving continuous improvement in food safety and quality protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in BRC certification and compliance.
  • Experience in writing SOPs and inspection reports.

Responsibilities

  • Lead certification processes for food safety.
  • Conduct daily plant hygiene inspections.
  • Review and ensure compliance of incoming materials.
  • Coordinate microbiological testing and quality checks.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects for food safety.
