We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Hair & Scalp Wellness Consultants or Sales Supervisors. In this role, you will:
- Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' hair and scalp conditions.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and products from our in-house organic range.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to outlet performance.
- Lead and mentor junior staff (for supervisory roles).

- Demonstrate and sell our range of organic products and scalp treatments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the outlet.
