Job summary

A local recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage product listings and optimize inventory. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of E-Commerce experience and strong knowledge of platforms like Lazada and Amazon. Responsibilities include creating promotional campaigns, responding to customer inquiries, and managing orders. The position offers a competitive salary of $2,500 – $3,500 depending on experience, with a Monday to Friday working schedule.

  • Manage return, refund, and exchange processes.
  • Process purchase orders to suppliers.

  • Coordinate international shipping arrangements.
  • Compile monthly purchase reports.
