This will be a part-time role, to be stationed across the PLAYe stores around Singapore (Bedok Mall & Vivocity). Working hours are flexible according to availability of shift timings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and up-sell products to customers, monitor stock levels in store and tag product prices accurately
• Communicate with customers regarding on‑going promotions and offers
• Liaise with PLAYe online team on stock transfers, or items for customers to pick up in‑store
• Use the in‑store POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns
• Open and close the store according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Resolve any customer issues efficiently
• Handle pre‑orders for goods and collect payment from customer accordingly
• Other such duties that the Company may deem relevant may also be assigned
