We are seeking an experienced, creative Digital Designer to join our Growth Creative team at Crypto.com. You will develop engaging and visually appealing digital creative content across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design aesthetics, stays abreast of digital trends, and can translate ideas into compelling visuals. This position requires experience with AI tools and offers remote work flexibility.

• Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences
• Develop visuals and content with AI tools
• Create simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enhance digital creatives across paid media and social channels
• Collaborate with the Growth team, including Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, and Data Analytics teams to create cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid performance media channels
• Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital content quality and innovation
• Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail
• Support the team in generating concepts aimed at meeting project performance goals

• Diploma/degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in digital design or an agency background
• Proven experience as a Digital Content Designer with a strong portfolio of digital design projects
• Performance-driven mindset with experience in performance ads
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools
• Hands-on skills in After Effects for basic animations, transitions, and motion graphics
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Experience creating content for various digital channels and social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Knowledge of 2D/3D motion graphics is advantageous
• Experience or knowledge of AI tools
• Up-to-date with the latest design trends and a passion for innovation in the digital space
• Knowledge in fintech, crypto and NFT space is advantageous
