Our mission is to make better use of existing cars by enabling peer-to-peer sharing—offering affordable mobility and empowering car owners to earn passive income. With expanding operations across regions, we’re looking for a finance professional to help us keep our books sharp, compliant, and investor-ready.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Finance Manager who will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts for our Singapore and Australia operations using QuickBooks. You will work closely with our internal team and local accounting/compliance partners to ensure timely reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping for both Singapore and Australia entities in QuickBooks
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, revenue booking, expense tracking, and journal entries
  • Handle GST/BAS reconciliation and coordination with external compliance partners
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closings, generating financial reports
  • Coordinate with local tax advisors and accountants to ensure timely filings (GST, income tax, etc.)
  • Manage vendor bills, employee reimbursements, and payroll coordination
  • Help organize and maintain supporting documents for audit and tax purposes
  • Ensure inter-company transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Strong QuickBooks Online skills (must be confident working independently)
  • Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Singapore and/or Australia compliance (e.g., GST, BAS, income tax timelines)
  • Prior experience working with external accounting firms or compliance consultants
